Podia – Get your free website

The easiest way to make a free, no-code website or community

Podia is a platform that lets you build a free, no-code website, host a community (free or paid), and sell your digital products. With Podia, you get all the tools you need to start and grow an online business — for free.
Build your entire growth engine with a single platform.

@bramk Thanks Bram!

This new free plan is huge because it comes with the key tools anyone needs when they’re starting something online:

- A free website (that’s fully customizable with an easy, no-code website builder) - A community platform that lets you build free or paid community - A way to sell your digital products - A way to start collecting email addresses and build your email list

Anyone should be able to do creative work. And anyone can do creative work — it’s all of the tech, the logistics, the business side of it that’s messier than it needs to be.

If you’re getting started, you need *one* place to manage everything. There are so many tools to figure out, so many things to integrate, so much headache involved in figuring out how to share your work and take payments.

Podia solves that by giving you everything out of the box. The free plan gives you a full website, community platform, and way to sell downloadable products or coaching/consultation sessions.

It also lets you draft your online courses, so that when you grow it’s easy to keep things on the same platform. More advanced creators can sell courses or access to webinars/workshops — and unlock new sales tools like the ability to sign up your own affiliates.

The tech side of creating needs to be easy.

So that’s what we built — the easiest way to make a website.

And the easiest way to build a community and start earning from your work.

I can’t wait to see what you’ll build! And I’ll be around all day to answer questions.

@spencerfry congrats!

with all the talk about reducing expenses, slowing burn, etc., can you talk about how you see the tradeoffs with launching a free plan in this economic climate?

@smalter Podia is fortunate to be in a pretty rare position today: we didn't raise any big rounds of funding over the last few years. Instead, we focused on becoming a profitable company so that we could control our own destiny.

That's a huge advantage in a time like this. Many companies are scrambling to cut burn and increase runway, and launching a free plan is a nonstarter.

However, we all know that great companies are built in down markets, and that includes companies of one! That's why we felt it was more important than ever to make digital entrepreneurship accessible to as many people as possible, so launching a free plan felt like the perfect investment at this time.

Man. It’s hard to say how much I love Podia. The feeling of making a sale of your knowledge as a product is intoxicating.

Once you’ve felt the feeling of selling through podia, paying is a no brainer. But it’s wonderful to see you guys move to this model to help people see that much more easily

Congratulations

@iammarcthomas Huge thank you for saying this, Marc. I'm so glad you called out that "first sale feeling" 🥳
Can't say enough kind words about this amazing company! Switching to Podia was a huge life-changing moment for me! I will be forever grateful to Spencer and the team for the amazing support they have provided to me when I was building my business! Starting with Podia for free? That's a no brainer and the easiest recommendation I will have to make!
@eldargezalov Huge thanks for being with us for so many years, Eldar! It's been amazing to watch your business grow 😃💜
