How to extract system image, kernel, partition table information etc. from device?

Recently, I bought an Android tablet made by Teclast. It's model name is 'U10 Pro'. I think it is made by Teclast Korea, not Teclast head office in China.

I cannot find any firmware download information from both Teclast and Teclast Korea. I also searched APEX website because the tablet is in APEX brand.

I contacted with the company for providing firmware download, but they said it may take 'some' time because of Widevine L1 certificate thing.

I can't wait until they provide firmware download service. To me, their response looks like 'We may or may not provide firmware download services. It's purely up to us.'

So, I want to extract firmware from my tablet. With that, I may be able to restore my tablet if I mess up my tablet somehow while modifying its file.

Since my experience with Android is all about Samsung's smartphone, I don't know what do I need, or what should I extract from my tablet etc.

If you need more information about the tablet, here is the link to product introduction webpage. It is written in Korean and most information is embedded in image, you may need OCR stuff for translating.

TL;DR

I want to extract 'everything' from my tablet. It would be like firmware, kernel, partition table etc. I don't expect official firmware from the manufacturer.

If you need any more information, feel free to ask. I will try to provide you the information if I can.
