Can we please see the sources for the kernel_oneplus_sm8250? OOS12 saw its first beta release for this platform back in January of this year and we're still waiting on its sources. Thanks and kind regards, |

You need to release the new kernel sources according to the license used. If not you'll be in a violation of the terms and conditions you agreed to when you used GPL licensed code. |

@binson-xu Any time estimate on the release of the OOS12 kernel_oneplus_sm8250 kernel sources? Oneplus is well beyond the legal time limit GPL allows to release these sources and we all just want to gauge if its worth it for us use legal channels to apply some more pressure. |

@binson-xu bumping this. We're all waiting for the release of these kernel sources. Please help Oneplus honor their obligations to the Linux kernel project. |
