俄航天局局长：外星生命或正在研究人类文明
据今日俄罗斯网站报道，俄罗斯航天局局长德米特里·罗戈津11日在一档电视节目中表示，他相信外星生命的存在，它们可能比人类更聪明，技术更先进。外星生命可能正在研究人类文明，只是没被发现。
罗戈津表示，俄罗斯科学院一直在搜集有关地外生命及不明飞行物的资料，虽然俄专家审查的此类案例中，99.9%都被证明是与地外生命无关的“大气或其它物理现象”，但罗戈津称，他亲自看过一些退伍苏联试飞员的报告，他们报告在首波试飞时目睹了无法解释的现象，美国国家航空航天局也收到过类似信息。
罗戈津认为，地球外可能存在某种生命形式，它们的技术水平已经能够研究人类文明和地球本身，就像人类研究地球上其它物种一样。
