对接微信二维码支付，发现客户扫码没法用信用卡支付？

前一段对接了一个微信生成二维码支付功能，发现有的客户绑定的是信用卡，但是是置灰状态无法使用信用卡。在后台研究了半天也没找到解决办法。有没有对接过的朋友，怎么解决这个问题。
其实我知道有一个商家付款码是支持的，但是不需要对接暂时不考虑。
