In this short blog post we are again promoting the concept but specifically a fresh GA release: Fixed Asset Master Data Failed to be Imported from Excel or is Imported with Incorrect Value.

If you are unfamiliar with the concept – Guided Answers is a self-service support application, providing SAP Business One partners with a unique support experience by guiding them through a “decision tree” concept to a solution for their issue. Fixed Assets Master Data Import

In this latest GA, our experts in the Financial team is guiding you through the full process, this includes prepairing the file, importing the data and troubleshooting the most common issues and making sure that the data imported is as expected.

The GA is divided into two main areas as can be seen below.

This GA serves both as a troubleshooting guide and as a guide in prepairing the file in a correct manner.

We are actively looking for partner feedback regarding the content and its usability. The feedback can be given directly in the application regarding the content of a specific tree (or Guided Answers in general)
