关于 MacBook Pro 17 120g 硬盘扩容的问题。

现在有两种方案 1 、淘宝买一个接口，可以替换原来的硬盘来扩容；好处是不需要随时带一块硬盘，坏处是破坏了电脑原来的硬件。 2 、外接一个移动硬盘。把系统安装到这个硬盘里面运行双系统，但是会有点不方便。
目前打算用第二种方案。
请问 type-c 的接口 usd3.x 和雷电 有什么区别吗？对以后运行的数据读写又什么影响吗？ 还有买什么牌子的好一点，
