美法院全部驳回2020年中芯国际所涉民事诉讼
财经网科技6月10日讯，据中芯国际发布公告消息，公司在 6 月 9 日（美国洛杉矶时间）收到美国加利福尼亚中区联邦地区法院的裁决，全部驳回就公司 2020 年 12 月 16 日发布的公告所披露的民事诉讼，原告不得再以同一理由起诉或对诉状进行修改后重新提起诉讼。
此次裁决中，法院批准了公司提出全部驳回起诉的请求，然原告仍可对此裁决提起上诉。
