But we don’t just leave you there, oh no. Once the amazing Skipper has started working with you, you’ll then have a Customer Success Manager to help everyone stay on the right track, because we all know how difficult it can be to manage people remotely. The CSM manages the Skipper through our platform, where they have a dashboard of everything from JIRA tasks to worked hours, to customer NPS.

And the developer has direct contact with the CSM. This means we can spot challenges before they become blockers, and we can create solutions - from suggestions on changes to tasks to providing you with a Project Manager to help run the sprints.
