There is no system (OS i think) even if it was off, it's always turn on i mean automatic turn on then it will go to the recovery, the list or option are (Reboot, Wipe data, and Connect with MIAssistant) and at the bottom of that there was a message "This MIUI version can't be installed on this device" it was occured after i flash the stock rom via mi flash tool, fastboot was still there if i hold volume down and power off, then i try to flash twrp via fastboot and the i got error "

FAILED (remote: Partition flashing is not allowed)
finished. total time: 1.246s"
then i'll try to flash the stock rom again via miflash tool and i got error also saying "error:FAILED (remote: Critical parition flashing is not allowed)"
i think the bootloader was locked and if it was in developer option, i can't go there because the phone can't reboot to system, and it's always in stock recovery I mean MI-recovery, anyone know how to fixed it ? i will be grateful thanks
