M2刚发布苹果M3就曝光了：台积电3nm工艺 明年流片
今天，手机晶片达人爆料，苹果M3芯片目前正在设计当中，项目代号叫做Palma，预计2023 Q3流片，采用台积电3nm工艺。
根据此前报道的信息，台积电3nm工艺将于今年下半年投产。据悉，台积电3nm会有多个版本，至少包括N3、N3E、N3B。今年下半年要量产的将是N3B版，2023年还会有增强版的N3E工艺量产，尚不确定苹果M3芯片会使用台积电哪个版本。
全新MacBook Air搭载M2芯片
值得注意的是，苹果在今天凌晨刚刚发布了M2芯片，这款芯片采用第二代5nm制造工艺，拥有200亿个晶体管，比M1芯片多25%。支持最高24GB的LPDDR5统一内存，具有四个高性能内核和四个高效能内核。该芯片支持100GB/s的统一内存带宽，神经引擎数量也达到15.8亿，比M1多了40%。
搭载M2芯片的设备MacBook Air已经在苹果官网上架，售价是9499元，发售时间未知。
