- 在小米手机上获取不到蓝牙设备的服务
- 在华为手机上可获取到蓝牙设备的服务，但是写入特征值为 false ，只有 read 为 true
尝试：1. 延时获取无效 2. 重烧蓝牙设备（没有相关条件）
期望：1. 能够获取到蓝牙设备的服务，进而获取到特征值，然后写入数据打印
