I'm searching a way to find which reports are using a given dimension, having to modify the dimension,
I tried the Query Builder, but it doesn't give information about the dimensions used in the reports.
Do you have any idea, link, or howto?

So you should create your own program to get all the reports and search for the desired object in them.
You can use BI SDK (RESTful or Java) to create your own program
