Customer Project - TTX1 error "Condition record exists, but has not been set" in Sales Order Service

We are working on a customer project, where we found in its corresponding Sales Order Service, we got a TTX1 error saying "Condition record exists, but has not been set".

The condition records for TTX1 are maintained well but we wonder what was going on and why it was not determined?

Hi Scarlett

If we know more detail, then much helpful.

please check in the sales order -more-goto-item-condition and click analysis

and check the TTX1 is coming or not as below.

and also if TTX1 is visible but not been set. then check below points.

1. Check the valid date whether it is ok and also check whether not deleted in the item screen in condition record.

2. please check the maintained condition type link is correctly with correct access sequence. ( SSCUI : 101120) for configuration side ( app: Manage your solution)

In most of the cases, system would trigger this message where the condition record would have been created after the sale order creation. If this is not the case, then, check whether any custom routine is set to fetch the value.
