好像不行，无忧行帮顶号码要求号码处于关机状态

当然你也可以通过 Skype/Google Voice/阿里小号解决 iPad 没法短信电话的问题

补充，阿里小号不行，使用阿里小号的前提是已有电话卡。短信和电话是转发到电话卡上的
