据 The Block 报道，美国司法部已起诉 OpenSea 前产品负责人 Nate Chastain 参与 NFT 内幕交易，并于周三在纽约市将其抓捕。据悉，Nate Chastain 负责 OpenSea 主页的 NFT 项目推荐，Chastain 因而根据内部消息提前购买 NFT，并在上线首页后以 2 到 5 倍的价格出售 NFT 获利。
