我在搜索该函数时发现他的调用方式为CreateMutex(nil, false, syscall.StringToUTF16Ptr(name))，最后一个参数使用syscall将字符串转为指针类型，但不明白为什么要使用这种方法，请教一下各位大佬是否有这方面的系统性学习资料。
