5月25日推特提交给美国证券交易委员会的公告，马斯克提高了收购推特所承诺的现金规模，此前，马斯克刚提高了收购推特所承诺的现金规模，追加了62.5亿美元的股权融资，其余资金则将通过债务融资提供。
