求解，在美区 store 更新了国区下载的 app

最近一直玩美区游戏，游戏内商店需要一直挂着美区账号。我除了国区下不到的软件外，日常使用的（ tx 系，阿里系，手机银行等）软件都是在国区下载的，由于最近经常有一些重要功能更新，来回切换很麻烦。
偶然一个手误，我发现似乎可以在美区更新我在国区下载的软件（因为是银行软件，我百分百确信之前肯定是在国区下的）。
求解下是什么原理？我如果在美区更新了国区下载的软件，那还算是在国区下载的软件吗？（就是想学习了解一下）
