感觉这几天更加明晰了什么是真正重要的以及什么是真的自由，打算写关于「活着与自由」的文章。
昨晚突然想到，我研究的 life-hacking 相关理论，是否可以发展成为一个有机结合了哲学、心理学、脑科学、人类学等多个学科的新「学科」，叫「人生工程学」。
