特斯拉 CEO 埃隆·马斯克（Elon Musk）今日发推称，除非 Twitter 证明虚假账户数量占比少于 5%，否则他对 Twitter 的 440 亿美元收购无法推进。
马斯克在推文中说，Twitter CEO 昨日公开拒绝提供虚假账户占比低于 5% 的证据。
「除非他这样做，否则这笔交易无法推进，」马斯克说。
他补充道：「20% 的虚假/垃圾邮件账户，虽然是 Twitter 声称的 4 倍，但可能会『高』得多。」
马斯克认为，如果 Twitter 的声明是正确的，应该欢迎外部验证。
