亚马逊推出新服务：让客户知道包裹将在何时到达
财经网科技5月16日讯，据新浪科技消息，Shopify 和亚马逊最近都公布了一项新功能，那就是向消费者提供包裹的预计达到时间，两家电商巨头的消费者争夺战更加激烈。
4 月底，亚马逊推出了 Buy With Prime 服务，它允许线上卖家向在亚马逊网站以外的网站购物的顾客提供与 Prime 相关的服务，如快速运输、免费送货和免费退货等。
而就在上周四，Shopify 也在发布财报的同时推出了一个类似的服务，新服务名为 Shop Promise，将为购物者提供商家店铺和其它销售渠道（如谷歌、Facebook 和 Instagram）的预期交货日期。Shopify 还通过其 Shop 应用提供包裹追踪服务，让用户随时了解包裹的状态，以及当前所处的位置。
