推特市值跌破马斯克收购价，投资者担忧交易难完成
财经网科技5月13日讯，据新浪科技消息，特斯拉 CEO 埃隆・马斯克（Elon Musk）目前正在寻求收购 Twitter，然而由于投资者担心交易无法完成，Twitter 的股价正出现下跌。
自 4 月下旬达到年内高点以来，Twitter 股价已经下滑近 13%。截至周四收盘，Twitter 股价为 45.08 美元，远低于马斯克在 4 月 27 日提出的收购价每股 54.20 美元。这一差额相当于超过 90 亿美元的市值。
尽管 Twitter 董事会批准了这笔收购，但交易仍可能需要几个月的时间才能完成，并且无法保证一定成功。如果马斯克选择放弃收购，那么将需要支付 10 亿美元的交易中止费用。目前马斯克的身家超过 2200 亿美元。
