BT下载盗版的风险，越来越大了。
据媒体报道，日前，热门电影《敢死队3》《门徒》《之后》等片方，列出一份包含63个IP地址的名单，向夏威夷法院申请DMCA反侵权传票。
有了传票，他们就可以要求ISP提供IP地址背后的真实用户信息，进而发起索赔。
报道称追查BitTorrent盗版相对容易，因为IP地址是公开广播的。在互联网提供商的帮助下，这些地址可以与账户持有人联系起来。
今年以来，电影制作公司们已经通过这一方法成功锁定了53个IP地址及所属用户。虽然不是每一次都能获得足够赔偿，但片方认为，这一行动形成的正版震慑力更是他们想要的结果。
