Question Android auto not working on S22 Ultra

After hours of trial and error, today I made AA activated with my S22U SD wired.

Here is the news I found on the internet: Following this idea, I had a wild theory that through any kind of adapter AA might just work.
So I use a 3 in 1 cable(micro USB, lighting, USB C) and hopefully I can make both Apple Carplay and AA functional conveniently.

It was not happened right away, the first few trails showed no response like before, then I connected my wife's iPhone, activated Carplay which is always functional, play a song, unplug iPhone while music playing, connect my S22U...

Voila, AA activated, and it is ok since the first success.

There are many cheap 2-1 cables or adapters in the market, and i knew few users successfully made it work, maybe worth a shot!

Maybe you already tried, but have you tried different high quality cables? I used to have issues with cheap cables. With my oneplus i had to turn on ADB for AA to work. Maybe try that?

AA works perfectly fine for me here. S22 Ultra Exynos and VW Polo AW

In my case, I used stock Samsung cable EP-DG930IBEGWW but failed. Several local users tried expensive USB3.1 cable, also failed.

That's why I have such a wild theory of adding adapter in the loop, and it works.
( I've tested 2 cables, 3 in 1 is $10, 2 in 1 is $3, definitely not expensive ones)

I got my s22u ultra. I'm using wireless Android auto flawlessly so far. Not sure if I just got lucky or what.

USB debugging should be OFF for this to have a chance of working...

Pioneer DMH-Z6350BT prompts "Android Auto Stopped" after few seconds when I touch the AA icon on the screen by wireless connection.
Does anyone know any way of debugging this? Because, Samsung and Google clearly are not caring at all about this issue.

I have tried everything, even the adapter idea mentioned above and nothing works. Always a black screen, but with touch working (you can touch where should be things and it will work).
I have S22 Ultra Snapdragon from Verizon. AA works better than normal for me. With the Fermata, AAStream, and Screen2Auto apps, I'm watching YouTube and mirroring my screen. The impressive part is that it all works with no root! I only needed to install them like a normal app. Great job them guys did. I find it very impressive

Hello,

Anyone managed to make AA work on their S22 Ultra?
I know it's a known topic, but seems that no debeloper (Samsung or Google) cares to make it fix...

Before answering, please note that i have already tried to clear AA cache and data, to disable/enable the app, tried different apk versions, tried different cable, and no luck at all!

My A21S, Oneplus 6t and Onplus 8 worked fine, so is not an issue from the cars (Skoda Kamiq or Skoda Ovtavia IV).

Any ideas? It's frustrating that such an expensive phone doesn't have Android Auto working...
Thanks!

The latest Beta AA build works for me.
