Changes to deleting snippet comments

We're changing who can delete snippet comments. Our goal is to give users more control over content attached to their snippets.
Previously, only the author of a snippet comment can delete their own comment. With these changes, snippet owners and workspace admins will now have the ability to delete a snippet comment via API or the UI. Our aim is to give users to a self service option for moderating snippet comments instead of having to contact the Support team for assistance.
How to delete a snippet comment
To delete a snippet comment via the API, please refer to our API docs.
In the UI, if a user has access to delete a specific comment they will see a "Delete" button below the comment content. Clicking this button will remove the comment.
Snippet author is able to delete another user’s snippet comment.
This change gives users a faster, easier way to eliminate unwanted comments on their snippets.
