企查查App显示，详情为，2022年1月10日，该公司披露《关于公司全资子公司股权收购暨关联交易的公告》，拟向实际控制人李瑞杰收购其所持宝德资产管理香港有限公司51%股权并签署协议，宝德香港公司希望成为游戏UGC平台的先驱者，中青宝公司未能充分提示该项收购可能存在的风险情况，信息披露不准确、不完整。
