Someone stole my code during a contest, possibly using an exploit

During round #786 (Div. 3), a user, alchemist_coding submitted the exact same code as me, besides copying other users submissions (as seen by multiple skipped submissions). I didn't use an online compiler, I wrote all my code on sublime text. This is possibly some sort of exploit or bug which allows users to see others submissions.
