5月5日，韩国总统过渡委员会公布了110项政府任务提案，其中包括推动《数字资产基本法》和完善对大型科技公司的监管。《数字资产基本法》包括保护投资者并提高交易稳定性的措施，如NFT等数字资产发行、上市等重大活动的监管，计划从确保投资者保护措施的虚拟资产发行方式开始，允许在韩国进行ICO。此外，该法案将通过将虚拟资产分为证券和非证券类型来建立监管体系。证券性代币将根据资本市场法进行监管，非证券代币将根据国会审议未决法案，建立发行、上市、防止不公平交易等监管制度。（每日经济日报）
