MIUI 可以关闭「新热」和清理内存的消息通知吗?

原来用的是华为手机，最近换成红米 K50 ，遇到 2 个困惑。
第一个是一般手机桌面上推是多任务，但是 MIUI 经常出现「新热」，如图：
第二个是清理内存的等手机管家的消息提醒居然不能关闭？！！！
我知道 iPhone 最好，但是迫于生活压力，不能换手机了，不知道 MIUI 还有没有救?
