听过暴雪 WLK 要开怀旧服，然后自己搭建了一个 WLK 私服，让一些狐朋狗友优先体验下。

PTR 效果

应该怎么做才能有 PTR 测试服那种效果，一堆 NPC 卖装备等等，是通过 GM 指令么，有经验的大佬帮忙回答回答。
