4月19日，印度信实零售公司 Reliance Retail Ventures Limited(以下简称 RRVL)旗下子公司 Reliance Brands Limited（以下简称RBL）宣布收购印度高级设计师品牌 Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla（以下简称 AJSK）51%的控股股权。
这家由印度设计师 Abu Jani 和 Sandeep Khosla 创立的同名品牌始于1986年，总部位于孟买，以精湛的手工和刺绣闻名印度高级时装行业。目前旗下还有其他三个细分品类的支线品牌：正装、婚纱品牌 ASAL；正装、休闲女装品牌 Gulabo；正装男装品牌 Mard。
