All About Circuits Welcomes New Editor-in-Chief, Jeff Child

Electronics industry leader, Jeff Child, has joined All About Circuits as the new Editor-in-Chief.

Jeff Child has recently joined the growing EETech editorial team. Before joining All About Circuits, he previously served as the Chief Editor of Circuit Cellar, a media resource for embedded electronics and computing technology. Across leadership roles in different publications, Child has an established 30+ year history of successfully championing publication brands and plans to do the same at EETech. Child has held senior editorial positions with EE Times, Computer Design, Electronic Design, COTS Journal, and Embedded Systems Development. 

"We are thrilled to have someone with the Jeff's experience, knowledge, and passion for the electronics industry join our team," said Dale Wilson, EETech Media's Director of Engineering and Content. "We are expecting great things from Jeff. He will improve our ability to cover of late-breaking industry news, identify emerging trends, and analyze the electronics markets."

He plans to apply his skills and experience to focus, strengthen, and improve the content of AllAboutCircuits.com, moving it to the next level of providing reliable information and supporting the collaboration of engineers around the world. Child also indicates that a significant factor in his choice to join EETech was its nature as a digital platform technology media company from its inception as well as All About Circuits' roots as a community of engineers.
