“强省会”湖南自贸区长沙县区块在行动活动举行。活动签约的38个重点产业项目中，领域涵盖进口货物加工、跨境贸易、精准医疗、半导体产业、智能芯片等多方面。 据自贸长沙消息，总投资约5亿元的天河汇高链半导体产业基地项目，是国内首个“区块链+半导体装备产业园”项目。项目将联合国防科大、北京大学等知名高校在园区开展技术攻关，引进、培育数字领域的高端人才并争创人工智能、区块链等领域自主可控的核心专利，在区内形成集研发、生产、销售与结算于一体的全产业链。（集微网）
