can anybody just share the max clock speed on pe (latest build)

at full load cpu isn't going at full frequency , is there any fix for that? i am om pe+ latest , does pe have same issue

Why does it matter? A never checked that since the galaxy S2 era, if your phone is as normal why do you care how it runs under the hood?

wht about occasional gaming then?

I did fix this issue in my build by applying this commit to my device tree:

sm8250-common: Set target arch variant "armv8-2a" · barracuda777/device_xiaomi_sm8250@5013ec7

* The target arch variant 'armv8-2a' enables Armv8.2 features in Clang and ART compiler when building Android images on host machines * https://community.arm.com/developer/tools-software...

before this change my device too the CPU scaling was not functioning properly same as you.

also before this change with CPU spy the frequencies used to be only 1804 and deep sleep, now it lists all the cpu scaling values.

I am using this kernel as with the original kernel I had issues with scrolling with RSS feeds, I got a lot of false clicks, which was very annoying. I am getting 2% of battery draining in 8 hours while I am asleep. I have a lot of apps on battery optiimisation ignore, otherwise there would have been 1% only battery drain overnight.

Pixelexperience is an amazing ROM!

It's totally up to lzgmc the kernel and the rom work hand in hand, so, no hotfix can be done unfortunately.

just giving an idea , "can we have change icon shape " feature in pe+ as google as scrapped it in android 12

Flashing with the newest 13 MIUI:

Adb sideload ROM.zip...

Error applying update: 29 (ErrorCode: :kDownloadOperationHash Mismatch)

    Hey guys.

    First off, I would like to thank you all for your feedback and kind words. Even though I haven't responded to any, I do read each and every one of your posts. It's cool to see that the March build has been downloaded ~4 thousand times. Your support motivates me to keep this ROM alive.

    Now I would like to give an update and clarify a few things. First off, it is important to note that this ROM is intended to be flashed on top of the latest build of MIUI 12.5. While some people have successfully flashed on top of MIUI 13, doing that sometimes causes weird issues, such as music/video not playing properly. The installation instructions and the original post will be updated to mention this soon. Firmware may be included in the ROM at a later date.

    Speaking of things that will be happening soon, the April build is almost ready. Or rather, builds, as PE Plus will also be released then. The April builds are focused on improving security and fixing bugs, including the bug that causes the device to not enter deep sleep, resulting in excessive idle drain when Ambient display is turned on. I'd like to thank @Barracuda77777 for suggesting a fix for this issue. I'll also make various other minor tweaks for a better user experience. Be patient, the wait for a new update is almost over.

    Lastly, if you're facing issues with this ROM, many of them can be fixed by reflashing MIUI 12.5 and then clean flashing the latest build according to the installation instructions, especially if you came from an older build.

    in my own build I have added this change: phone sleeps while AOD is on or off.

    This should've pushed to the main build.
    This is the only problem I get right now. Otherwise its perfect.

    Could someone please tell me what firmware version is required to install this ROM if coming from PE 11 Plus edition? Does this ROM contain the required firmware or do I have to flash it separately? Thank you.
