马斯克已不再是Twitter最大股东 被资产管理公司Vanguard超越
财经网科技4月15日讯，据新浪科技消息，特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克（Elon Musk）已经不再是Twitter的最大股东，这正值马斯克拟以400多亿美元收购Twitter。
美国证券交易委员会（SEC）上周一公布的一份文件显示，马斯克拥有73,486,938股Twitter股票，占股9.2%，成为Twitter最大股东。
但如今，他已经失去了“头把交椅”，被资产管理公司Vanguard Group取代。Vanguard Group在最近提交给SEC的文件中称，截至4月8日，已持有Twitter 10.3%的股份。按上周五收盘价计算，价值36亿美元。
文件显示，Vanguard Group在第一季度增持了Twitter股份。
这正值马斯克拟以400多亿美元现金收购Twitter。马斯克昨晚宣布，拟以每股54.20美元的现金，收购其尚未持有的Twitter全部已发行普通股，交易总金额约为430亿美元。
