AMD ZEN4霄龙实物图曝光 全新插槽
近日外媒曝光了下一代 EPYC（霄龙）“Genoa”企业处理器的实物图，这是AMD Socket SP5 的第一张图片。据悉“Genoa”将是 AMD 首款首款采用“Zen 4”价格和下一代 I/O（包括 DDR5 内存和 PCI-Express Gen 5）的服务器产品。而SP5 与其前身 SP3 一样采用(LGA) 插座，并有 6,096 个引脚。
据悉“Genoa”支持个12通道DDR5内存接口，包含 128 个 PCI-Express 5.0 通道。插槽的固定机制和处理器安装过程看起来与 SP3 相似，但 SP5 需要全新散热器， TDP 预计高达 400 W，而当前一代 EPYC 平台 "Milan." 处理器的 TDP 为 280 W 。 AMD 预计将在 2022 年下半年推出 EPYC（霄龙）“Genoa”。
