新一代AirPods Pro下半年发布
虽然自去年苹果发布第三代AirPods以来，第二代AirPods仍然可以购买，但郭明琪表示，在今年晚些时候发布新的AirPods Pro时，苹果可能会停产原来的AirPods Pro。苹果在2019年10月30日宣布推出AirPods Pro，使其使用时间接近两年半。
郭明琪还表示，第三代AirPods的需求比第二代AirPods “明显更弱”，导致苹果在今年第二至第三季度从供应商那里减少了至少30%的第三代AirPods订单。
郭明琪此前曾声称，第二代AirPods Pro将采用比原版AirPods Pro的H1芯片 “明显升级 ”的无线芯片。该芯片为主动降噪等音频相关功能提供动力，这项技术的改进可能会提高电池寿命，使每次充电的收听时间更长。郭台铭还预计，新的AirPods Pro将支持苹果音乐的无损音频。
郭明琪此前还称，新的AirPods Pro充电盒将能发出声音，帮助用户在放错地方时找到它。该充电盒很可能也会像第三代AirPods充电盒一样具有防水功能。
彭博社的Mark Gurman和Debby Wu此前曾报道，苹果已经为新的AirPods Pro测试了一个更紧凑的设计，将取消掉落在耳塞下面的柄。如果这最终成为最终设计，新的AirPods Pro可能看起来与苹果去年发布的Beats Studio Buds相似。
Gurman和Wu还声称，新的AirPods Pro将配备运动传感器，与Apple Watch一起提供健身追踪功能。
