百度等被美国列入退市风险暂定名单

美国证监会（SEC）周三将百度、爱奇艺等五家公司列入有退市风险的相关发行人暂定名单（Provisional list），将百济神州等五家第一批进入暂定退市名单的公司转入确定名单（Conclusive list）。就中美审计监管合作，中国证监会周四表示，中方与美国公众公司会计监督委员会(PCAOB)进行了多轮会谈，总体进展顺利，双方的沟通还将继续。根据美国 SEC 网站的最新披露，百度、爱奇艺、CASI制药、富途与诺斯拉可在 4 月 20 日前提交证据申诉。
