国税局加强对网络主播的税务监管

网信办、国家税务总局和市场监督管理总局联合下发意见，进一步规范网络直播营利行为，要求网络直播平台应当每半年报送存在营利行为的网络直播发布者个人身份、取酬账户、收入类型及营利情况等信息。意见要求网络直播平台应当配合网信、市场监管、税务等部门依法实施的监督检查，提供必要的文件、资料和数据等。去年监管部门加大对网络直播带货的税务稽查。去年 11 月，网络主播朱宸慧、林珊珊涉嫌偷逃税款，分别被罚 6555.31 万元和 2767.25 万元人民币；去年 12 月底，知名网络主播薇娅偷逃税被追缴并处罚款 13.41 亿元，大大刷新了普通人的想象空间。
