北京绿色交易所董事长王乃祥3月27日在中国电动汽车百人会氢能产业论坛上表示，当前交易所在生态环境部和北京市政府的指导下，正积极推进全国自愿减排(CCER)交易中心建设。未来可以研究探讨，将氢能产业发展过程中实际形成的碳减排量开发为CCER等自愿减排量项目的可能性。
