美的集团：收购KUKA总价款为1.51亿欧元
财经网科技3月25日讯，据美的集团晚间公告称，公司拟通过全资子公司全面收购KUKA Aktiengesellschaft（库卡）的股权并私有化。根据德国当地相关法律法规的要求，本次收购的价格以评估方式确定，经评估，本次收购价格为80.77欧元/股，合计收购总价款为1.51亿欧元。收购主体为公司全资子公司美的电气。美的电气已经分别取得广东省发展和改革委员会以及广东省商务厅关于本次收购涉及的境外投资备案文件。
