世茂集团：预期2021年股东应占利润同比下降约62%
钛媒体App 3月25日消息，世茂集团晚间在港交所公告，预期截至2021年12月31日止年度之股东应占利润及股东应占核心利润将较去年同期分别下降约62%及约57%。有关下降主要由于受去年下半年房地产行业严峻的环境影响，集团该年度录得的销售收入有所降低且毛利率下降，计提的存货减值、应收款项等预期信贷亏损拨备有所增加。罗兵咸永道会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，自2022年3月24日起生效。
