我司产品（路由器、交换机、AP、电力线、监控设备等）同一型号可能有多个硬件版本，不同硬件版本代表不同的设备，不同硬件版本设备的软件不能互相升级。
如TL-WR886N V3.0与TL-WR886N V4.0的型号相同，但是硬件版本不同，两个升级软件不能再相互升级使用。请您在下载升级软件时，核对路由器的软硬件版本，确保下载对应硬件版本的升级软件：
注意：仅个别型号的路由器的多个硬件版本共用升级软件。
