Intel PRO 2200BG 无线网卡间歇性与无线路由器断开连接问题的处理方法

前段时间我们接到一个客户的电话，反映在使用Samsung X20笔记本的内置无线网卡时老是出现间歇性中断，这个笔记本内置的是Intel PRO Wireless 2200BG无线网卡，通过沟通发现此网卡的驱动程序版本为9.0.1.9，驱动文件日期是2004-10-29，是Windows系统自带的驱动。

我们在Intel的官方网站上找到了比这个驱动更新一点的驱动程序，版本为9.0.2.31。在这个驱动版本注释中有这样的说明：

Version Notes

·This archive contains device driver version 9.0.2.31 and Intel? PROSet/Wireless Software version 9.0.2.1. （驱动程序版本是9.0.2.31，软件版本是9.0.2.1）

·Issues resolved in this release（解决的问题）:

·Improved connection and roaming stability（改进连接和漫游的稳定性）

·Intermittent disconnection from access point（间歇性中断连接）

可见问题出现在网卡驱动，于是给用户下载了9.0.2.31并安装，问题解决！！

经常有用户问迅驰和我们的无线路由器兼不兼容，事实上由于双方都遵循11b和11g等标准，兼容性是没有问题。上面的例子给了我们一个很好的思路，当连接出现问题时，除了考虑是不是路由器的问题外，还要查清楚网卡本身的驱动有没有问题。
