俄罗斯国家航天集团总经理罗戈津当地时间23日表示，今年计划发射数颗新一代“格拉纳斯”导航卫星。他表示，技术上将俄罗斯排除出GPS卫星导航系统是非常复杂的。罗戈津还表示，俄罗斯国家航天集团正转而与其他国家以卢布结算签署协议。
