2021 年度的自由软件奖宣布

自由软件基金会（FSF）通过 2022 LibrePlanet 线上会议宣布了 2021 年度的自由软件奖得主，这是连续第三年在线上举行会议。社会公益项目奖授予了支持维修权和提供信息安全问题建议的 SecuRepairs 项目，此前获得该奖的项目包括了 OpenStreetMap、Public Lab 和 Let's Encryp。杰出新自由软件贡献者奖授予了 GNU Emacs 项目的 Protesilaos "Prot" Stavrou。自由软件进步奖授予了 Paul Eggert，他参与 GNU 操作系统长达三十年，贡献的项目包括 GNU Compiler Collection (GCC)，目前是 Time Zone Database (tz) 的维护者。
