win10 通过 IIS 服务器 开启 FTP Server 并配置用户名和密码访问
因为明天有一台电脑将要服役，很多安装包以及一些文件将需要从这台电脑拷贝过去。不用U盘的话，而且没有一个局域网的 samba server的情况下，直接在 win10 上开启一个 FTP Server 也是非常方便不错的选择。本文参考下面这篇 csdn 文章。后面补充了我的步骤。
然后我补充下面的
win+x 选择 computer management
选择 local users and groups 然后新增一个专门用来访问 ftp 的用户，就叫 ftpuser，右键 new user 就行
- [] user must change password at next logon
- [] user cannot change password
- [x] password never expires
- [] account is disabled
上面这四个单选框 只需要勾上第三个 然后创建用户
允许应用或者功能通过 windows defender 防火墙 里 设置允许 ftp 服务器，专用网络和公用网络都勾上
然后【允许其他应用】，选择 C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe 添加，确定保存退出
ftp authentication， anonymous authentication， type 是 built in， status 是 disabled
basic authentication， type 是 built in， status 是 enabled ，右键 edit，default domain 填写本机ip，比如 10.10.10.143
保存退出
ftp authorization rules中，删掉其他没用的，添加一个 allow rule，specified user，填入刚刚创建好的 ftpuser，勾选上权限，读、写。建议只勾上读权限。
保存退出，之后再重启 ftp site
再在局域网中其他设备的资源管理器上测试，在资源管理器地址栏访问 ftp://10.10.10.143，输入 ftpuser 以及刚刚创建好的密码，应该就可以访问啦~~~
