抖音电商运营团队调整薪资：降低每月基本工资 15薪改18薪

互联网行业正在持续谋求降本增效。从字节跳动旗下抖音电商内部人员了解到，近期抖音电商开启了新一轮薪资改革，覆盖旗下大部分运营团队：原有的15薪改为18薪，降低每个月的基本工资，而年终奖比例有所提升，从原有的3个月绩效改为6个月绩效。据了解，此次改革主要针对的是运营岗位，产品研发等其他岗位并未涉及。
