张宝艳代表：建议取消网络投票，杜绝拉票投人情票
财经网科技3月7日讯，今年，全国人大代表、“宝贝回家”创始人张宝艳建议要坚决取缔网络投票，绝不允许利用网络来拉票、投人情票。
张宝艳认为，网络投票大多数是熟人，拼的是被评人的人际圈子或者权力，甚至有些政府、企事业单位将投票当成了必须完成的“政治任务”。“实际上在参与投票的人中，不乏外行，他们根本不具备真正的鉴别能力，只管投票，对最终结果是否真实体现了被评人的真实水平并不关心。”她说，反观很多真正优秀但却没有人脉圈子与单位支持的，就会因此落选，这就使得评选活动有失公允。
